I started this podcast because I wanted to provide answers to questions I had
—and questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask.

Everything I found seemed to fall into one of two categories: legal advice that felt impossible to apply to real life, or motivational messages that skipped over what high-conflict divorce actually feels like.

That’s what Uncoupled & Unfiltered is meant to be.

A place where we can talk honestly about what this process actually looks like—how to navigate high-conflict dynamics, make strategic decisions, rebuild trust in yourself, create a financially secure future, and eventually find your way forward.
