Uncoupled & Unfiltered

Listen Now

There wasn’t much in the middle.

I started this podcast because I wanted to provide answers to questions I had
—and questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask.

Everything I found seemed to fall into one of two categories: legal advice that felt impossible to apply to real life, or motivational messages that skipped over what high-conflict divorce actually feels like.

There wasn’t much in the middle.

That’s what Uncoupled & Unfiltered is meant to be.

A place where we can talk honestly about what this process actually looks like—how to navigate high-conflict dynamics, make strategic decisions, rebuild trust in yourself, create a financially secure future, and eventually find your way forward.

What You’ll Hear

Some episodes are just me sharing lessons I learned the hard way.

Others are conversations with attorneys, financial professionals, therapists, parenting experts, and people who truly understand high-conflict dynamics.

Every episode isn’t designed just to validate what you’re feeling.

It’s designed to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and leave you with something practical you can apply in your everyday life.

Why Listen

You don’t have to work with me to benefit from what I’ve learned. The podcast is where I share ideas, strategies, and conversations that I wish someone had shared with me years ago.

Start wherever you are. Listen on your commute. During a walk. While you’re folding laundry after another long day.

My hope is simple: that every episode helps you feel a little clearer, a little more seen, and a little less alone.
