If you’ve made it this far, you probably don’t need more information.
You need clarity, strategy, and the right support from someone who has been where you are.
The first conversation isn’t about telling me your entire story.
It’s about understanding where you are today, what’s happening, and whether I can support you.
We’ll talk about what’s keeping you stuck, what decisions are in front of you, and whether working together is the right fit.
If it is, I’ll explain what I recommend and why.
If it isn’t, I’ll point you toward resources that may serve you better.
I work with women navigating high-conflict relationships, considering exit strategies, going through divorce, or managing post-divorce conflict who want guidance while staying in the driver’s seat of their own decisions.
Whether you’re just considering divorce, in active litigation, negotiating parenting issues, or trying to rebuild after the legal process, my goal is the same:
To help you think clearly, advocate for yourself, and move forward with confidence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be in active litigation?
No. Many women reach out before filing, while others are years beyond their divorce but continue to manage high-conflict dynamics. You don’t have to be in court for strategy and support to make a difference. You can even mediate—the same principles apply.
Do you replace my attorney?
No. I don’t provide legal advice or replace your legal team. My role is to help you think strategically, prepare for conversations and decisions, come into attorney meetings clear-headed, and make better use of the professionals already supporting you.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. My role isn’t to take over your decisions or tell you what to do. My role is to help you understand what is happening, identify your options, recognize patterns you may not be seeing, and think through the consequences of each decision.
You are still the decision-maker. My job is to help you make those decisions from a place of clarity and strategy—not fear, confusion, or pressure.
Does hiring you make my divorce more expensive because I still need an attorney?
Actually, many women find that working with me alongside their attorney helps them use their legal time more effectively. Our work together helps you come prepared for those conversations instead of spending billable hours trying to organize your thoughts, process emotions, or figure out your next steps. Instead of using attorney time to sort through everything, you may be able to walk into a conversation with a clear direction and specific questions.
What if I’m not ready for one-on-one work?
That’s completely okay. Start with Uncoupled & Unfiltered, explore the free resources, or learn more about The High Conflict Playbook™. There’s no wrong place to begin—only the place that makes sense for where you are right now.
Let’s Start with a Conversation
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
Sometimes the hardest part is taking the first step.
If you’re ready, I’d be honored to help you think through what comes next.
